Life has been busy lately and I realized that I haven't posted any monthly pictures of the kids lately. So...here you go!

First up is Daniel, who by the way is ALMOST 5!!! That is so hard for me to believe! He has grown up so much lately- both physically and intellectually. He is quite the character and SO much fun! He is quite the little singer! He is incredibly sweet and helpful as well!



Then there is our little Princess Arianna at 17 months! She is a ham- very much like her big brother! When he sings, she likes to dance- quite the talent show! Her personality is really developing and she's fun, fiesty and incredibly sweet!



Here are some fun/ cute pictures of the two of them together. There are times they want their own space, but more often than not they are right there beside each other! Daniel loves that she likes to play lightsaber with him- it's really entertaining to watch! With the two of them, there is certainly never a dull moment in our house- and we love it that way!!

Last, is just a cute collage that I made and had printed- it looks awesome framed...and perfect for Daddy's desk at work! :-)

I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures!! We're heading to Disney in a week to celebrate Daniel's 5th birthday and our 14th Anniversary...so we'll have lots more pictures to share when we have recovered from our Disney "Adventure" (as Daniel calls it)! Movie Time!!

They also have movies such as Karate Kid, Little Women, and others! This would be a great time to pick up some movis for stocking stuffers or birthday gifts- I know that is my plan!

Mmmmmm....cookies!!

I was pleasantly surprised today with my very own box from Cheryl & Co!! My wonderful parents sent me a box of cookies for Mother's Day! Thank you so much Mom & Dad for the gift! Look how pretty they were boxed up!

These were such a nice little gift that I will have to remember to check these out for future gifts!

Ok, so I know some of you (that's you Z) are wondering how many cookies are left, right? Well, here's what happened... I opened the box much to Daniel's sadness- he thought the bow was too pretty to take apart. I examined the cookies in the box to see that there were 3 of each design. I nicely put them back into the box and put the lid on and commenced with my cleaning. But darn it...those cookies were calling me!! Ok, so I decided to have "a bite" and put the rest back. Shortly, I was back telling myself "Ok, so I'll eat half". This time I didn't get too far before I just ate the whole thing- who was I kidding! So, now I have 5 cookies. Knowing Tony- who has a good discipline about sweets- would think it's odd to have 5 cookies, I figured I would "have" to eat another one to make it an even 4. Well, then there would be 2 of one design and only 1 of the other 2 designs...that's not right. Ok, so now we're down to 3 cookies- 1 of each design. But then we are back to the same problem- it's an odd number of cookies! Now we get it down to 2 cookies...one for me and one for him. Wait...who said I wanted to share them???? If I just hide the whole box, he'll never even know the cookies existed!!

Happy Mother's Day!

I want to wish all of you Mom's (including my own) Happy Mother's Day today! I hope that you had a wonderful day! My Mother's day actually turned into a "Mother's weekend", but you sure don't hear me complaining about that!!

It started on Thursday evening when I got my present from Tony and the kids! See, Tony isn't so good with the suspense sometimes...or maybe he just knew how much I would want this present right away!! Those of you who know me, know that I love taking pictures! We have been looking at the Canon Rebels for...well a long time! We heard that a new one was coming out and we've (ok...mostly me) have been stalking it's arrival. Well, much to my surprise, MINE came courtesy of UPS on Thursday! I was actually floored because I actually didn't think it was out yet. And I have to say that Tony is enjoying the camera almost as much as me! We have been playing with it and learning things all weekend! It was an awesome gift!

They also took me to Posado's Cafe for some yummy Mexican food! I always say you (well, at least I) can never have too much Mexican food! The food was good, but spending the afternoon with my husband and kids was even better! Then we finished it off by finally going to see Monsters vs Aliens in 3D, which was all really enjoyed! All in all, it was a great weekend! I am truly blessed!
